When you create an account or book a service, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the service address for each booking. If you make a payment, our payment partners process your card or UPI details directly — UrboEase does not store your full payment information.
We share only what's necessary for your booking to happen: your name, address, and contact number are shared with the professional assigned to your job so they can reach you and find the location. We also work with trusted third parties for payment processing and maps/location services, who process data only as needed to provide those specific services.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure password storage, to protect your account information.
You can update your profile information at any time from within the app. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact our support team — we'll process the request in line with applicable law, subject to any records we're required to keep for legal or accounting purposes.
