These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UrboEase platform, including our website, mobile applications, and the services booked through them. By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
UrboEase is a platform that connects customers with independent, verified service professionals for home services such as cleaning, electrical work, plumbing, appliance repair, and salon services. UrboEase itself does not directly perform these services — professionals listed on the platform are independent contractors, not UrboEase employees.
Prices shown at the time of booking are the prices you will be charged, unless the actual scope of work changes once the professional inspects the job on site — in that case, any change in price will be communicated and confirmed with you before additional work begins.
You may cancel a booking free of charge up until the cancellation window shown at checkout. Cancellations made after a professional has been dispatched may incur a small fee to cover their travel time — see our Cancellation Policy for details.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners. UrboEase does not store your full card details on its own servers.
You agree to provide accurate address and contact information for each booking, to be reasonably available at the scheduled time, and to treat professionals with respect. Abusive behavior toward professionals may result in account suspension.
All professionals on the platform agree to UrboEase's code of conduct, including showing up on time, communicating clearly about the job, and completing work to a professional standard. Any complaint about a professional's conduct or workmanship can be raised through our support team and will be investigated.
UrboEase facilitates the connection between customers and professionals and requires all professionals to carry appropriate liability coverage for the type of work they perform. In the rare case something goes wrong during a booking, please contact our support team immediately so we can help resolve it.
We may update these terms from time to time as the platform grows. We'll always post the current version here, and significant changes will be communicated in advance.
